Le Comité scientifique international
Composé de spécialistes français et étrangers des cinq grands domaines qui constituent le coeur de la candidature du haut lieu tectonique de la Chaîne des Puys – faille de Limagne, ce comité scientifique international a pour vocation d’encourager et de coordonner de nouveaux travaux interuniversitaires sur le bien proposé, de promouvoir leur diffusion auprès du grand public, de sensibiliser les pouvoirs publics sur la bonne gestion des géosites et de faciliter la coopération internationale entre sites géologiques patrimoniaux.
